Day 1: Travel from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Your driver/guide will pick you up from your hotel at 6:30 am in the morning. Please be time conscious. Upon arrival in Queen Elizabeth National Park, check into your Safari lodge. You will then have a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel at exactly 2:00 pm for great sightings of hippos, crocodiles, elephants and lots of amazing water birds like Fish Eagles, Kingfishers, Pelicans, Skimmers, Cormorants, Ibis, Bee-eaters, Plovers and so much more! The great views alone during the cruise will totally brush off the exhaustion of the long hours of travel. Return to your safari lodge after the two hours boat cruise, and have dinner, shower and rest.
