1 day Gorilla Trekking Volcanoes National Park
1-day gorilla trekking safari in Rwanda will begin and end in Kigali, the country’s capital, and go to Volcanoes National Park, which was formed by enormous volcanoes but is most known for its rain forest and mountain gorillas, both of which are critically endangered. Rwanda also has the 160-square-kilometer Volcanoes National Park in the country’s northwest, as well as the Virunga Mountain National Park, which is about two hours drive from the country’s airport.
The park is home to ten habituated mountain gorilla families, totaling approximately 300 gorillas in the forest, as well as two habituated golden monkey groups, each containing approximately 80 to 90 individuals. Furthermore, tourists can visit the area all year.
