Day 1: Transfer to Entebbe/Bwindi FOREST (Home of Mountain Gorillas)
You’ll be warmly welcomed at the airport by your tour guide and driven to your hotel in Entebbe, where you will be spending the night, and picked up in the morning after breakfast to catch your scheduled flight to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Upon your arrival at either Kihihi or Kisoro Airstrip, transfer to your booked lodge. You will spend the afternoon having a village walk after lunch. The Village Walk gives you a great opportunity to see how the people surrounding Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park live. It is also a great way to support the local community by buying their various products. The private walk, which begins with your guide from the camp, is most informative and rewarding to any average visitor. It will amaze you how resourceful the local people are as you share and learn their ways.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Begin the day with a delicious breakfast and then prepare for gorilla trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you a rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots, etc. The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy primates for the group you have been booked for.
Premium upgrade: a private gorilla habituation experience can be secured that allows 4 hours at an extra cost of ($1500, limited to 4 guests per day.
